For your convenience we’ve compiled a list of answers to common questions received from our customers.

General Questions

How many uniforms should I order?

There are no hard and fast rules. Common sense should prevail.

For example, if you wash regularly, you may only need.

In Summer: 2 Dresses and 3 Socks. OR 2 Shorts, 3 Shirts and 3 Socks.

If you're a busy working parent, you might find it convenient to have more on hand.

What if you don’t stock a product I am looking for?

We stock all of the St Marcellin uniform items as approved by the school Principal.

How do I pay?

By using our secure online payment facility, or by card or cash, in person at our uniform shop (only during opening times as listed on our Contact Us page).

What is the turn-a-round time for an online order?

We are at the shop on Thursday and will process your order on the day. You can collect an on-line order from the shop during opening hours on Thursday.

Quality Guarantee

At One World Uniforms our garments are sourced, manufactured and tested to the highest Australian standards. That's why we're able to offer you a consistently good quality product.

We know that students need quality uniform items that are made to go the distance.

So, we give you an undertaking that high standards will be maintained and that we'll provide you with an excellent product.

Returns Policy

There are no refunds on items purchased from the uniform shop.

If you require a different size, we will exchange garments, like for like.

We are only able to exchange an item, if the item still has its tags on and is in its original packaging.

For health reasons there is no exchange or return for Socks, Tights or Headwear.

Goods will only be accepted if they are in their original condition free of any markings or damage.

We will not accept the return of goods if:

· Goods are damaged in the washing machine or dryer and where the care instructions have not been followed correctly.

NB : Socks are 80% Cotton rich 20% Spandex for foot health. Socks should NEVER be put in the dryer.

· Goods have suffered from normal wear and tear, accidents or mishandling.

· You simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong style or colour.

We reserve the right to repair all faulty products where possible.
